Silverton Foods and BBQ bar offers customers a variety of services and products. Located in Canaan on 400 acres it started with serving hunting and cabin customers.

Now Silverton has a line of BBQ, cocktail and cooking sauces made in small batches. The Foodtruck is available for special events April thru October and catering is available year round. 

In 2020 I decided it was time for customers to visit the lodge for dinner and Silverton BBQ bar at the Lodge was opened serving BBQ favorites smoked with wood right from Silverton. We work with local farmers to source our ingredients.
